Easy-To-Use Question Selection Options
Content administrators can create forms with any number of questions by selecting from different question types:

Form Content Validation
Form content can be restricted for several question data types to prevent site visitors from entering answers that are out of an acceptable range. Content administrators can add warning messages if an answer is not appropriate.
Required Questions
Questions can be designated as required with a simple click of the mouse, to ensure pertinent fields are not left blank.
Post Form Submission Handling
A message can be specified to be seen after the form has been submitted, or the visitor can be sent back to the page they came from or to a particular URL.
Dynamic Data-Driven Form Builder Personalization Engine
When using a sophisticated email marketing campaign with personal ID tags attached, ODA CMS's Form Builder can be pre-populated with the email visitors personal information from an imported csv file or, through a real-time connection to Sales Force Automation software such as salesforce.com. When a form is submitted its content is stored in the database and can be exported to a csv file.
Completed Form email Notifications and Thank You messages
Content administrators can also specify any number of e-mail addresses to receive a copy of the form once a form has been completed and submitted by the Web site visitor.
Additionally, email messages, notifications, data verification notices, opt in and thank you emails can be sent to Web site visitors at any stage following the completion of the whole form filling process, or partial form filling process.
