Digital Asset Manager

Manage all web site assets and resources (Word Documents, PDFs, Images, links, Flash, Power Point, etc.) in a central Web content repository called the Digital Asset Manager.

The key benefit of the Digital Asset Manager is that all Web assets and resources only need to be uploaded and stored once, but can be referenced and used many times, from different areas of the Web site, or from multiple Web sites. You also have the ability to customize the Meta Data keywords of the Web site assets and resources and manage the descriptions and properties of each resource.

The Digital Asset Manager is integrated with Document Management provider LaserFiche Web Access™ and can be easily integrated with other leading document management systems. You can define categories on-the-fly, do a text search of Title, Body, and Meta Data through Site Search, and an optional full file search through Verity Indexing Server.
